Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel had some ups and downs. While I appreciated the lovely pool and the helpful staff, the overall experience was marred by issues like the damp rooms and inconsistent service. On a positive note, the breakfast-to-go was a great touch for our early starts.
I had a wonderful time at this charming boutique hotel. It's beautifully designed with a unique Cambodian vibe, and the welcoming atmosphere truly makes you feel at home. The staff, especially SangVa, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, helping us explore the local culture. While the hotel has its quirks, like occasional service hiccups, the overall experience was delightful and full of unique moments.
This hotel has some redeeming qualities, like the friendly and helpful staff, and a great location near Pub Street. However, the issues like damp rooms and inconsistent service really detracted from my stay. While there are some nice facilities, overall it wasn’t the best experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a comfortable getaway.
Overall, my stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the bustling pub street while still being quiet enough to relax. The room I ended up in was nice and clean, with better amenities than the original suite I booked. However, there were some issues with the staff and services that left much to be desired, especially regarding communication and some basic hospitality.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, with its clean and unique atmosphere that truly reflects Cambodian culture. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to help us have a memorable experience, including guiding us to the best local spots. However, the breakfast options were limited, and there were some issues with hot water and air conditioning. Overall, it provided good value for money, and I would definitely return.
